# Nikosophia

> Nikosophia is a governance system for shipowners and fiduciaries: EU-ETS, FuelEU, EU MRV, ISM and the other regimes a shipping company answers to, with each duty, who signs and the evidence behind it, working alongside OneOcean, NOZZLE and other operational software.

Nikosophia is described in one Markdown document, written to be read by an AI assistant. It covers what the product is and does, how it fits with the software an owner already runs, the technical design of its rules, the two papers it is assembled on, and the prior art, each reference checked at its source.
